Minimum shipping is $5. Local customers (Virginia Beach area) who are willing to make pick up arrangements for your order may use coupon code LOCAL and you will not be charged shipping. Pick up arrangements need to be negotiated within 5 business days or you'll receive a shipping cost bill via email. Thanks for working with us..

We go out of our way to ensure proper packaging to prevent damage. However, in the event that product damage does occur during shipment, we will be happy to exchange that merchandise at no charge. All damaged items must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving order, and must be returned (unused) in original packaging. For exchanges please e-mail us at orders@2scrappychixdesigns.com and provide us the reason for exchange, name on the order, order number and order date.

International orders please email for a shipping quote.
